I’m a marketer, entrepreneur, and trusted advisor with over two decades of experience in building agencies and growing brands. I’ve founded, grown, and sold businesses of my own - including Seed, a brand experience agency, which I exited to Amplify in 2020 and earlier, Beach Break Live festival. Since then I’ve helped build and advise lots of agencies and consultancies.
Through all of this, I’ve learned first-hand what it takes to grow and sustain a successful, client-based business. I understand the pressure of wearing every hat - delivering for clients, winning new business, managing a team, keeping the numbers positive - all while trying to enjoy the journey.
My approach is practical, commercial, and collaborative. I help founders cut through the noise and build resilient and profitable businesses. Whether it’s strengthening your sales pipeline, refining your proposition, improving margins, or simply acting as a strategic sounding board.
Beyond the commercial side, I’m also passionate about using business and marketing as a force for good. I work with many charities and impact ventures to help amplify their efforts and their impact on the world.
